The post office claims to be dealing with the passport applications and i turned out to be one fool to believe them. Tried in 2 big post offices in delhi and both of them said they knew nothing about it. Will delhi wake up???

though I am not sure, but perhaps this is true for those cities which do not have a passport office. Like i know for sure that Post office in my hometown Kanpur sells and processes passport application forms.
Sorry, they will not wake up. They do not have reason to. Sarkari Kaam, Ghar Ka aaram.
