Delhi has never had autos working on meters. There have been many raises in the fare and even the electronic meters. However nothing seems to change the fact that the auto wallahs ask for the money and many a times just plainly refuse. Another hike in the fare is proposed, will it improve anything?
I hope someone takes this to supreme court and like cars were challaned and made to follow rules and remove films etc, the auto wallahs are also fined and chalaned.
Interestingly delhi police takes the auto complaints on its website, however i am very skeptical if they actually take any action.

Hmm... Auto wallas in Delhi are autocrats.... they have been like that since ages now... BUT BUT BUT.... jabse meter rate badhe hain.. have you seen them going by the meter? I was so gald with this change in their attitude till I went to PVR Priya this week. This autowala gladly took me by the meter..I paid a handsome 120 bucks... On my return via the same route I paid another auto wala 100bucks... Bole to Meter Tampering!!! BASTARDS!
