its sad to read such stories. Probably some of those 80 persons would come ahead to help him? Why cant he be suitably rewarded for his bravery so that others feel inspired and motivated by him..What are we missing here??

http://delhigovt.nic.in/griev_red.asp is meant to be a site or place where you can complain to CM of delhi hoping for some action. A lot good has been written on tis page. Unfortunately there is no action. I dont know why they create such website and raise people expectations when they are not going to do anything anyways....
