Delhi government grivience redressal
http://delhigovt.nic.in/griev_red.asp is meant to be a site or place where you can complain to CM of delhi hoping for some action. A lot good has been written on tis page. Unfortunately there is no action. I dont know why they create such website and raise people expectations when they are not going to do anything anyways....

I am an adviser on management systems. One integral part of every management system is an effective complaint redressal mechanism. As per my experience no organization is really interested in this. It is only words and no action.
